About The Position

As a Finance Solutions - Digital Revenue Operations - Experienced Associate, you will support Zuora Consulting efforts within PwC’s Finance practice, helping clients use Quote-to-Revenue capabilities to improve operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and ongoing support. You will contribute to client work, adapt to different project needs, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned tasks while delivering dependable work that adds value to the team. You will work across business application activities, help interpret client needs, and support software adoption and usage across multiple industries. Travel requirements are up to 60%.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience.

Nice To Haves

• A Master's or Master of Business Administration degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, or Zuora Revenue.
• Experience with revenue recognition automation and digital tooling.
• Finance operations knowledge across order-to-cash processes.
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and build commercial awareness.
• Clear communication, active listening, and the ability to ask clarifying questions.
• Ability to adapt quickly, take ownership, and contribute quality work.

Responsibilities

• Support Zuora Quote-to-Revenue implementation tasks across client projects.
• Analyze client finance operations and revenue processes to identify configuration needs.
• Configure and test Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, and Zuora Revenue features.
• Assist with revenue recognition automation workflows and related system setup.
• Prepare documentation for process flows, solution changes, and testing outcomes.
• Respond to client questions and resolve system issues during implementation and support activities.
• Gather information from users and stakeholders to translate business needs into platform requirements.
• Apply digital tooling knowledge to improve finance process efficiency and platform adoption.
