About The Position

The Finance Pathways Rotation Analyst (Early Career) role is part of the Futureforce University Recruiting program, dedicated to attracting, retaining, and cultivating talent. This program develops future Finance leaders through structured exposure across multiple functions, hands-on project experience, and mentorship from senior leaders. As a member of a small cohort, participants complete four six-month rotations across key Finance disciplines and transition into a permanent Finance role upon completion. Requirements

Completed coursework or a project involving financial analysis, data analysis, or accounting
Written and delivered a formal presentation or report to a group
Collaborated on a team project involving members from different functions or backgrounds
Experience using AI Tools and Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analytics

Nice To Haves

Completed a prior internship or held work experience in Finance or accounting
Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI tools applied to business problems
Held a leadership role in a club, organization, or extracurricular project

Responsibilities

Complete four six-month rotations across Finance functions, including Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit, and Finance and Strategy
Contribute to high-impact projects, including process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives
Apply AI tools within rotations to optimize and automate Finance processes
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
