Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and dealership finance operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
• Experience with dealership management systems and finance software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Luxury or European import dealership experience is preferred.
• Proven success in finance production, product sales, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing, leasing, and vehicle protection options with professionalism and transparency.
• Secure competitive financing by building strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Present finance, warranty, and protection products that add value to the customer ownership experience.
• Ensure every transaction complies with federal, state, lender, and manufacturer requirements.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to deliver a seamless and exceptional luxury buying experience.
• Accurately prepare and process all finance documentation in a timely manner.
• Consistently achieve finance, product penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Lead every interaction with integrity while representing The Hanania Way.
