About The Position

North Shore CDJR is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership opening October 1, 2026, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to establish the Finance Department from the ground up, build processes, establish standards, develop lender relationships, and create an exceptional finance experience. The ideal candidate is a proven F&I professional who can build trust, drive performance, protect the customer experience, and maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager.
  • CDJR/Stellantis experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong track record of finance production, product penetration, and profitability.
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive lending, F&I products, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal finance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with customers and lender partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience with dealership management systems and F&I technology.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to help build a new operation from the ground up.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and aftermarket options.
  • Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing.
  • Present F&I products professionally and transparently while maximizing product penetration and profitability.
  • Ensure all finance transactions and documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Team to create a smooth transition from the showroom to the finance office.
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the finance process.
  • Monitor finance performance, gross profit, product penetration, and lender performance.
  • Help establish efficient F&I processes and best practices for the new dealership.
  • Support the Sales and General Management teams in achieving dealership goals.
  • Lead every transaction with integrity and represent The Hanania Way.
