About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads the team and runs the business while creating a warm, welcoming space where customers and the community can connect. The role focuses on leading with craft and care, coaching and mentoring team members, and building a coffeehouse experience that creates moments of connection and joy. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly demanding more than 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
