About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating meaningful moments of connection and joy for customers and making the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming place for the community. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country where applying.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, and variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
