About The Position

American Road Group is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager at Mad River Harley-Davidson in Sandusky, Ohio. The role is suited to someone who is passionate about Harley-Davidson and can provide a high level of customer service while maintaining collaborative working relationships with other dealership departments. The manager supports dealership financial targets by selling available products to new and used motorcycle purchasers and overseeing related business-office and customer-service activities.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills and demonstrated closing skills.
Outgoing, approachable, and likable personality.
Knowledge and experience selling F&I products and other dealership products, or the ability to learn them quickly.
Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

Attain monthly financial targets by selling available products to new and used motorcycle purchasers.
Handle business-office operations, including submitting required paperwork.
Act as a liaison to dealership departments on Finance and Insurance matters.
Contact customers through mailing lists, ticklers, files, and personal follow-up to encourage additional sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously, demonstrating empathy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to making things right.
Work with Sales managers to ensure sales staff provide customers with correct information and assist with introducing customers to the F&I process.
Obtain and process documents required or requested by lenders or state regulations.
Store customer records and personal information in a manner that protects customer privacy.
