About The Position

North Austin Nissan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for preparing and finalizing all documents necessary for completing vehicle sales and for the consultative selling of financial products such as Vehicle Service Contracts and GAP. The role requires maintaining knowledge of current regulations, seeking new lending organizations, and training the sales team on finance and lease programs. The position involves onboarding and training at First Texas Honda before transitioning to the new North Austin Nissan location upon its opening on June 1st. Requirements

  • Previous dealership finance experience is required.
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
  • Strong communication skills in person, in writing, and over the telephone.

  • Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing and finalizing all documents necessary for completing vehicle sales.
  • Responsible for consultative selling of a wide range of financial products, including Vehicle Service Contracts, GAP and other related products.
  • Experience in consultative financial sales via a product menu system.
  • Maintain continuing education of current regulations and laws governing automotive industry.
  • Seeking new lending organizations and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of financing and extended service programs.
  • Maintain an adequate and current supply of all required contracts and paperwork needed for completion and finalization of car deals.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
  • Provide exemplary customer service.
