Requirements

• Previous high-volume automotive dealership experience, handling 400 or more units per month.
• Previous high-volume automotive finance and insurance (F&I) experience.
• Proven track record of high performance and achieving industry-leading benchmarks.
• Ability to deliver industry-leading results immediately.
• Ability to deliver CSI excellence.
• Strong ownership of contracts in transit (CIT).

Nice To Haves

• Southeast Toyota experience is preferred.
