About The Position
Toyota of Naples is hiring an Automotive Lube/Oil Change Technician. The position offers a path from entry-level work to becoming a top-level Toyota technician. The company has factory-trained more than seven technicians from this position to become Expert Certified Toyota Technicians, who earn flat-rate wages starting at $55,000. Employees can earn income while training, receive incremental pay increases as they achieve new certification levels, and gain recognition for goals and high performance. A mentor will support the employee’s development, growth, and success. Tool purchasing assistance or a sign-on bonus is offered. The position is not remote.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience turning a wrench.
