About The Position

At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU! Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers. All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Finance Manager to serve as Finance Business Partner for the Rideshare business within T-Ads, while also owning the consolidated O&O financial view. This role combines hands-on P&L management for Rideshare — including Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Planning, and Month End Close — with responsibility for rolling up and consolidating the broader O&O financials for leadership and corporate reporting. This role will partner closely with Rideshare P&L leaders and Commercial Teams to develop financial insights, build revenue models, and support trade deal activity. The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A fundamentals and commercial acumen to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience with 3+ years in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably supporting Advertising, Media, or Technology organizations.
  • Experience with revenue modeling, bookings/pipeline tracking, and commercial finance in an Advertising or Media business.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience supporting Trade Deal processes, pricing frameworks, or incentive compensation structures.
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate data-heavy insights into executive-ready narratives.
  • Proven cross-functional collaborator in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Comfortable building structure from scratch and creating clarity out of chaos.
  • Can operate at both the strategic “what should we measure?” level and the technical “how do we build it?” level.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable engaging directly with Sales and Commercial teams on deal economics, pricing, and revenue strategy.
  • Confident business partner who can influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L management for Rideshare including Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Planning, Month End Close, and all associated reporting requirements.
  • Build and own the Rideshare Revenue Model, tracking Bookings, Pipeline, Delivery, Lines of Business, Product Adoption, and Take Rates to accurately predict Revenue.
  • Support Commercial Teams on deal economics and commercial decisions as needed, including ad hoc profitability analysis and review of deal terms.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to keep P&L leaders informed on Take Rates, LoB Distribution, Media Mix, Customer Trends, Churn / Retention / New Business, Product Adoption, and Seller performance.
  • Develop and deliver monthly reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews, and regular KPI insights for P&L leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of Rideshare rate cards and commercial approvals; lead pricing, revenue, and market expansion initiatives for relevant products and geographies.
  • Partner with P&L Owners and Sales Leads to develop data-driven Quotas and support commission, SPIFF, and incentive compensation calculations.
  • Own the O&O consolidated financial view, rolling up Rideshare and other O&O business financials into a single, accurate picture for leadership and corporate reporting.
  • Align with the T-Ads consolidation FP&A Team on corporate deliverable inputs including R&O management, Forecast, Budgets and LRP’s.
