About The Position

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as a Finance leader. As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for the FLDP and post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position. The FLDP is a two-year program set to occur between July 20, 2027 – July 2029. Participants will complete four, six-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities will include: formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship, utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology, and a network of outstanding LDP alumni. Critical capabilities for the FLDP include: Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Finance Data & Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis, General Accounting, Internal Audit, Operations Finance, Strategic Pricing.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 – June 2027 in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field of study.
  • 1+ years of Finance-related work experience (i.e. work experience, internships, case competitions, etc.).
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.
  • Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities.
  • Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs.
  • Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and is required throughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses, functions, and locations.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status.
  • Not hold F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience.
