About The Position

Axon's Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a highly selective, two-year rotational experience designed for ambitious graduates who want to solve meaningful problems, work directly with senior leaders, and accelerate their careers. The program aims to identify, develop, and empower Axon's next generation of leaders. Participants will gain broad business exposure at a high-growth company, drive innovation, and make an impact. The program includes 3-5 rotations over two years, allowing participants to co-create their experience based on skills, interests, and career goals. Participants will own meaningful work from day one, partnering with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges and influence decisions. Rotations can span across various functions such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, People Operations, Virtual Reality, Product Development, and Investor Relations. The program offers mentorship from LDP alumni and senior leaders, including Axon President Josh Isner, and provides LDP-specific programming focused on career development and leadership training. Social events are organized to foster community and provide exposure to the broader Axon community. Upon successful completion, graduates are positioned for high-impact, leadership-track roles with a broad network and deep understanding of the business.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, with an expected graduation date by June 2027.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or the community.
  • Passion for solving complex problems.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Enthusiasm for Axon's Mission and Core Values.
  • Must meet requirements for a J-1 program if applying as an international applicant requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in 3-5 rotations over 2 years, co-creating the experience based on skills, interests, and career goals.
  • Own meaningful work from day one, partnering with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges.
  • Influence decisions and help shape Axon's future.
  • Build rotational experience across key functions and teams.
  • Engage in LDP-specific programming focused on career development and leadership training.
  • Participate in social events to develop community and gain exposure to the broader Axon community.
  • Travel domestically and/or internationally as required by assigned rotation.
