Requirements
- Proven Dealership Finance Manager/Business Manager experience
- Polished, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Track record of success in menu selling and PVR performance
- Commitment to high CSI and customer satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and acceptable CIT
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency and dealership software familiarity
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Manage dealership finance and insurance operations.
- Achieve success in menu selling and PVR performance.
- Ensure high CSI and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain attention to detail and acceptable CIT (Contract in Transit).
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
