About The Position

The Finance Foundation Program (FFP) is a leadership development program that provides exposure to different areas of Caterpillar Financials’ core business the Financial Products Division (FPD). Participants receive a high degree of management focus and deliberate assignment placement during their four years in the program. This program is ideal for those building foundational skills in this field, generally within the first 0-2 years of their career. Program participants will partake in four, 1-year intentional placements, including assignments in customer-facing, origination, credit, and specialty roles. These assignments include but are not limited to: Credit, Customer Accounts/Relations, Insurance, Lease Services, Sales Support, and Treasury. The objective of this program is to provide broad business experience, so participants can take on future leadership, senior, or field sales roles with the company. Requirements

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of application.
  • Must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA through graduation.
  • Degree must be completed by hire date.
  • Domestic Mobility.
  • Authorized to work in U.S.
