As an applicant, you’ll join the Finance track which is designed to build a pipeline of agile learners and transformational thinkers who do just that–who get up to speed quickly, instinctively connect the dots from diverse experiences and broad exposure across the enterprise, and subsequently drive collaboration and integrated thinking on their teams. This track includes rotational opportunities in the Financial Management organization with teams such as Accounting, Reporting and Tax, Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Finance, Enterprise Change & Controls, Enterprise Corporate Services, etc. A role within the Financial Management Organization provides a behind-the-scenes view of how a large company makes business decisions and measures success. You'll use data to solve complex business challenges, partner with leaders across the organization, and contribute to work that influences strategy, profitability, and growth. Along the way, you'll build valuable skills in financial analysis, business communication, forecasting, and strategic thinking that can serve as a foundation for many career paths.
