This requisition is open to 2026 Truist Interns only. Applicants who were not 2026 Truist interns will not be considered. Requisitions open to other external candidates will be posted at a later date if additional positions remain open for the Credit Program. Truist is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time for this position. At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and serve our communities. The company offers a wide range of services including consumer and wholesale banking and technology, data, and operations. As a part of this immersive program, you’ll dive headfirst into critical work as you rotate through specific areas of the bank over the course of the year. You’ll also participate in a custom curriculum where you’ll deepen your financial services acumen and have an opportunity to build mission-critical skills. Bottom line? We’re talking real work experience combined with customized curriculum and candid conversations with the top leaders at Truist that put you on the fast-track to real impact. Along the way, you’ll be in good company. Every aspect of our program is designed to help teammates connect, learn from each other, and experience the power of One Team. That way, you’ll leave the program with a built-in network you can call at any time. Upon successful completion and graduation, you’ll have an opportunity to secure placement based on business needs, your preference, and performance. As an applicant, you’ll join the Credit track which is designed to build a pipeline of agile learners and transformational thinkers who do just that–who get up to speed quickly, instinctively connect the dots from diverse experiences and broad exposure across the Truist Wholesale organization, and subsequently drive collaboration and integrated thinking on their teams. This track includes rotational opportunities in the Commercial & Middle Market Banking, Specialized Industries (non-licensed), and Wholesale Payments. Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions that help businesses grow, operate efficiently, and achieve their goals. In the credit track, analysts will gain a foundational understanding of credit, work directly with business clients, develop strong analytical and relationship-management skills, and gain exposure to the industries, products, and solutions that power commercial banking. A career in Wholesale Banking offers a front-row seat to how businesses, non-profit, and governmental organizations grow and succeed. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learn how financial solutions support companies across diverse industries, and develop skills in client relationships, business strategy, payments, and financial analysis. Whether supporting middle-market companies, specialized industry clients, or treasury and payment solutions, you'll help organizations solve real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in financial services.
