This requisition is open to 2026 Truist Interns only. Applicants who were not 2026 Truist interns will not be considered. Requisitions open to other external candidates will be posted at a later date if additional positions remain open for the Wealth Analyst Program. As a Wealth Analyst you will learn about all aspects to begin a successful career in financial services that includes core systems training, product knowledge, securities registrations, and insurance licensing requirements. Analysts must obtain SIE prior to the start of the program. Additional securities registrations and insurance licenses must be obtained within 130 days from orientation completion to continue with the program. Analysts will participate in multiple rotations, and receive core training on sales, product knowledge and systems within Wealth. The 12-to-18 month program includes multiple shadowing experiences with our client-facing relationship management teams within Wealth: * Financial Advisor/Financial Consultant – You will spend time with financial advisors understanding how they interact with clients and build their book of business. This includes activities such as client meetings, making effective outbound calls, submitting paperwork and working within key systems. * Investment Analyst – You will spend time with Investment Analysts and Investment Managers to gain an understanding of how to create client presentations, conduct industry research, and make changes to investment mixes based on the current market. * Wealth Advisor – You’ll observe Wealth Advisors to gain knowledge on financial planning, sales presentations, and understand how they prepare for client meetings, and collaborate with other partners in Wealth and across the Truist enterprise. Throughout your time as a Wealth Analyst, you will expand your leadership and collaborative team skills, while gaining industry and technical knowledge. Our program also offers vast exposure to senior leaders within Wealth, a support network of mentors and peers, and the chance to join the close-knit Wealth community. Upon program completion, analysts who meet performance requirements may be placed in one of the Wealth roles mentioned above, as well as others―based on business needs, analyst preference and performance.
