About The Position

Nestlé USA is seeking current undergraduate students for the 2027 Finance Management Trainee Program. This program offers a comprehensive 3 ½ year journey with hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting, designed to kickstart a successful career. The program includes rotations in various finance roles such as manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, brand finance, and corporate finance, with the goal of preparing participants for future leadership positions within Nestlé USA. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field to be completed between December 2026 and June 2027, or 5th year Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, to be completed between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Related majors may include Economics, Business, Math, Supply Chain, Operations and Industrial Engineering.
• Available to start the program February 2027 or June 2027.
• Ability and willingness to relocate to any Nestlé USA location, up to three times, over the duration of the program.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Finance Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods industry is preferred.
• Leadership experience in an extra-curricular activity or organization.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
