About The Position

Turing is seeking finance experts to work with its researchers to improve the performance of AI models. Experts may have backgrounds in areas such as capital markets, portfolio management, research, trading, quantitative finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, accounting, and other finance fields. No prior AI experience is required.

The work involves evaluating large language models in finance areas where they perform poorly, creating rubrics to assess model capabilities in areas such as deal analysis and M&A assessments, and collaborating with AI researchers and other finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks. The position is fully remote with flexible hours, requiring a commitment of 10–30 hours per week. The engagement is expected to last approximately one month, with possible extension depending on performance and project needs. Compensation is approximately $100 or more per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in capital markets, portfolio management, research, trading, quantitative finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, FP&A, accounting, financial consulting, or another finance role.
• Strong grasp of financial concepts relevant to the candidate’s area of expertise, such as investment analysis, research, forecasting, revenue builds, corporate finance, asset management, and risk management.
• Excellent written communication in English.

Nice To Haves

• CFA (Level I, II, or III).
• CA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance.

Responsibilities
