This fully remote contract role applies CAD and manufacturing expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. The work involves providing high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required; CAD domain knowledge is the focus. The role is very coding-heavy and requires experience using coding agents with Python in the workflow. Experts provide feedback on manufacturing processes and techniques, review and refine AI-generated content and recommendations related to manufacturing workflows, and develop and validate rubrics for evaluating manufacturing process accuracy and efficiency. Compensation is output-based, with payment per task that meets project specifications. Work time may vary depending on experience and workflow, and minimum task submission requirements apply. The schedule is 15–20 hours per week and fully flexible, with after-hours and weekend availability accommodated if needed. Selected candidates are expected to begin their first tasks within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
