Turing is seeking Legal Experts to help fine-tune AI models by reviewing and evaluating AI-generated responses to U.S. legal hypotheticals. The role applies legal reasoning and a structured rubric to assess issue spotting, legal accuracy, reasoning, and application of law across multiple areas of U.S. law. Experts identify gaps, edge cases, and blind spots in legal reasoning, provide detailed annotations and written feedback to refine AI models, and collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals. No prior AI experience is required. The commitment is flexible at 10–30 hours per week for approximately one month, with possible extension based on performance and project needs. The work is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling. Turing describes the engagement as freelancing and offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to contribute to AI projects with leading LLM companies.
