Priority Infiniti is looking for a standout Finance & Insurance professional ready to take the next step as our Finance Director. Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive F&I with strong production numbers
• Career stability – someone looking to build a long-term career, not bounce store to store
• Strong lender knowledge and deal structuring ability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High integrity and commitment to compliance
• Leadership mindset with the ability to elevate the team around you
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Insurance process while maintaining strong relationships with the sales team and customers
• Deliver a transparent, compliant, and customer-focused experience
• Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products
• Maintain strong lender relationships and maximize deal structure opportunities
• Help guide and support the F&I process to ensure deals are handled efficiently and professionally
• Set the example for professionalism, ethics, and performance
