The Finance Assistant plays a key role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of the Sherwood Park – Strathcona County Primary Care Network (SPPCN). Reporting to the Executive Director, this position works collaboratively with and provides support to the Business Services Advisor, and is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable, and ensuring proper classification and reconciliation of accounting data. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The Finance Assistant upholds confidentiality, demonstrates professionalism, and supports the overall success of the SPPCN through flexible, proactive, and accurate administrative and financial coordination.
