About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for the assistance in the complete, timely, and accurate completion of resident billing and census, payroll, time and attendance, and accounts payable reporting and administration as assigned. This position supports the community management team to meet resident, associate, and management needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 1+ years of healthcare billing experience preferred
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • college degree in finance/account preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Census changes and communicating daily.
  • Medicare/Medicaid Billing experience needed
  • Collections
  • Assist in entering cash receipts for payor assigned into the billing system and general ledger in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Enter ancillary and other billing transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in coordinating accounts payable invoices and related cash disbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Address and resolve customer service needs related to resident invoices and resident trust transactions.
  • Distribute information as assigned, including payroll and general ledger reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
