About The Position

This opportunity combines the Finance & Accounting Emerging Leaders Program (FELP) Summit with consideration for a Summer 2029 Finance Internship at Boston Scientific. The unpaid, in-person summit takes place August 4–6 in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Participants must attend all three days and arrange reliable transportation; relocation and housing assistance are not available for the summit. The summit features leadership spotlights, networking, workshops, product demonstrations, company overviews, and an interview opportunity for the internship on its final day. Candidates selected for the internship will join a 12-week paid program running from May through August 2029, based in either Marlborough, Massachusetts, or Minnesota. Interns work in a hybrid model, onsite at least three days per week, and gain hands-on experience in Boston Scientific’s Finance and Accounting organization. They contribute to real business projects, develop practical skills, and build relationships with finance leaders and professionals. Eligible participants may qualify for relocation assistance for the internship. The program also includes an interview for the Finance Leadership Development Program, a two-year, full-time, salaried rotational program for developing entry-level professionals into future business leaders.
