About The Position

This opportunity combines participation in Boston Scientific’s Finance & Accounting Emerging Leaders Program (FELP) Summit with consideration for a Summer 2029 Finance Internship. The three-day summit takes place August 4–6 in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and introduces participants to Boston Scientific and careers in Finance and Accounting through leadership development, networking, team-building, workshops, product demonstrations, and exposure to business and financial functions. Participants must attend all three days in person. The summit is unpaid, and participants are responsible for reliable transportation to and from the Marlborough location; relocation and housing assistance are not provided for the summit. Applicants will also be considered for a 12-week paid Finance Internship from May through August 2029. Selected participants interview for the internship on the final day of the summit. Internship placements are in either Marlborough, Massachusetts, or Minnesota and follow a hybrid model requiring onsite work at least three days per week. Interns gain practical experience on real business projects and exposure to Boston Scientific’s Finance and Accounting organization. Eligible internship candidates may qualify for relocation assistance. The internship offers a potential pathway to Boston Scientific’s two-year, full-time, salaried Finance Leadership Development Program. Interns may interview for that program. Boston Scientific will not offer or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.
