About The Position

A field-based 1099 opportunity in Greater Tampa. Diversify your income without walking away from your current book of business. If you're licensed, experienced, and know how to close, we bring warm, qualified seminar leads to you. No cold calling required. MASA has led emergency medical transportation insurance since 1974, serving 2+ million members across the U.S. and Caribbean. We're expanding into supplemental insurance, starting with final expense, and building our seminar-driven sales team in Orlando.

Requirements

• Active FL 2-15 license
• 2+ years of field sales, final expense preferred.
• Proven closing skills with senior audiences and numbers to back it up.
• Flexible weekdays: seminars run Mon-Fri, mostly over lunch, averaging twice a week.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present final expense whole life insurance to senior audiences at seminars, closing in the room.
• Follow up on attendees who don't buy on the spot.
• Qualify prospects and submit clean, compliant applications.
• Keep your CRM updated and represent MASA professionally.
