Requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel and Office Suite products)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Self-directed - able to perform with minimal supervision
- Thorough in task completion- attention to detail
- Must be aged 18 years or over
- Must not have been debarred by the FDA
Responsibilities
- To support the Project Management team in filing and archiving of study documents
- To assist with filing, archiving and other administrative duties as needed
- To file and archiving the study documents of clinical trials.
- To comply & adhere to GCP guidelines and regulations as required of this role
- To ensure data quality and data integrity of all records prior to archiving
- To ensure study data is stored to a high quality in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- To ensure data is stored safe in a manner that minimizes deterioration and prevent loss at all times
- This role will encompass File Clerk, Data Entry, and Clinical Trial Administrator responsibilities.
