Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of ABA therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model. Join an innovative organization reinventing the autism therapy experience for children and families. The Fieldwork Supervisor role is built for BCBAs who are passionate about mentorship, clinical coaching, and developing the next generation of behavior analysts. In this role, you will help Case Supervisors (practicum/fieldwork students) grow into confident, thoughtful, and well-prepared future BCBAs by providing hands-on supervision, structured feedback, and real-time clinical coaching. This is a hands-on leadership role for a BCBA who wants to develop other clinicians, not a caseload-first position. Multiple paths to grow as a BCBA including center/regional leadership and specialized roles. Culture that lives out our Values: High Expectations that raise the bar, Collaboration that brings us together as one team, and Fun you can feel the moment you walk into our centers.
