Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum for people pursuing BCBA certification. Clinical Apprentices work as Behavior Technicians (BTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), earning paid restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours while receiving supervision, mentorship, and support. Participants progress through a structured three-stage pathway—Emerge, Empower, and Ascend—with milestones, clinical competencies, personalized support, and stage-based wage increases. The role provides hands-on experience delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children and families in home, center, or school settings. Apprentices learn clinical practices across six domains: assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics. The program emphasizes assent-based, compassionate, client-led care, including approaches informed by Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment. Participants receive regular individual and group supervision from experienced BCBAs and attend professional development sessions. The program describes a path to a BCBA role after graduation, with post-certification tuition reimbursement of up to $20,000, career ladders, and internal promotions. Base pay is $18–$23 per hour, with $2-per-hour increases at each stage, plus benefits.
