Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity for people working toward BCBA certification. Clinical Apprentices work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) while earning paid restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours, receiving mentorship and supervision, and gaining clinical experience with children and families. The program follows a structured three-stage pathway—Emerge, Empower, and Ascend—with milestones, wage increases, and personalized support. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-center environment and learning clinical practices across assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics. Apprentices receive individual and group supervision from experienced BCBAs and can progress toward a BCBA role. Compensation is $18–$23 base pay, with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus benefits.
