Centria Autism•Harper Woods, MI
•$18 - $20

About The Position

Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity for people working toward BCBA certification. The apprentice works as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, or school settings while earning paid restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours. The program follows a structured three-stage pathway—Emerge, Empower, and Ascend—with milestones, clinical competencies, stage-based wage increases, and personalized support. Participants receive regular individual and group supervision from experienced BCBAs, mentorship, and professional development. They gain experience across assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics, while learning assent-based, compassionate, client-led, and data-driven care. The program describes a path into a BCBA role after graduation, with post-certification tuition reimbursement, career ladders, and internal promotion opportunities. Compensation is $18–$20 base pay, with $2 per hour increases at each stage. The posting also lists full benefits, paid time off, a company-matched 401(k), tuition reimbursement, Elevate gear, and milestone recognition.
