About The Position

Vuori is seeking a seasoned Field Visual Merchandiser to collaborate with the Field Visual Merchandise Manager and Visual Leads to oversee and enhance retail merchandising standards. This role is responsible for driving the execution of visual merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience and align with brand standards. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful visual product displays across all retail locations. Strong leadership, developmental, and communication skills are essential for fostering a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
Proven 3+ years’ experience in visual merchandising and team leadership within a retail environment.
Strong understanding of retail operations and visual presentation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and adapt to market trends and consumer preferences.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Executing all visual elements and product presentations in-store, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitoring and evaluating visual displays across locations, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Providing training and support to Visual Leads and store teams on best practices, visual standards, and new initiatives to enhance in-store presentations.
Conducting regular store visits to assess visual merchandising effectiveness and adjust as needed.
Leading the coordination of visual-related product mapping, collateral and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity.
Maintaining a clear line of communication with District Managers and Store Managers on suggestions for improving visual merchandising effectiveness and making adjustments as needed, based on customer feedback and sales trends.
Maintaining all store experience essentials, including plants, replacements for props, mannequins, lighting, sign holders, etc.
Traveling to new store openings occasionally to assist in the visual set up and the store’s grand opening.
