About The Position

The Field Trucking Coordinator coordinates daily trucking operations supporting bulk aggregate deliveries and active construction projects. The role is the primary point of contact between project management teams, field personnel, trucking brokers, and hauling companies to ensure efficient truck dispatch, maintain delivery schedules, and promptly resolve operational challenges. The coordinator also supports truck and driver onboarding, monitors field activities, and helps ensure compliance with company safety standards, project requirements, and applicable transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily trucking operations for bulk aggregate deliveries and active construction projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact among project management teams, field personnel, trucking brokers, and hauling companies.
• Ensure trucks are dispatched efficiently and delivery schedules are maintained.
