About The Position

Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards and provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments. Assignments may include Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants, Support Centers, Disaster Relief, or other similar temporary locations. The program is intended to develop leadership, training, and operational skills while working with other leaders across Chick-fil-A.

For this New Restaurant Opening assignment in Lehigh Acres, Florida, the selected FTS will serve on the NRO training team and primarily train new Team Members in Front of House (FOH), Drive-Thru, Back of House (BOH), and/or Prep. The assignment is open to FTS1 and FTS2 candidates and runs from September 30, 2026, through November 7, 2026.

FTS may work a maximum of eight Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments each year and stay up to three weeks at each event. Selected FTS are paid $20 per hour, plus a daily per diem; assignments in Washington pay $21.50 per hour. Hours worked over 40 in a Sunday-through-Saturday workweek are paid at one and one-half times the regular rate, unless otherwise required by law.

Requirements

• Currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant.
• Have worked at the current restaurant location for at least six months.
• Have the current employer’s support before applying.
• Complete the FTS Program Application before applying for a first training event.
• Successfully complete a Background Check before assignment applications can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the New Restaurant Opening training team.
• Train new Team Members in Front of House (FOH), Drive-Thru, Back of House (BOH), and/or Prep.
• Provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments, including restaurants, support centers, disaster relief, or similar temporary locations.

Benefits

• Hourly pay of $20 ($21.50 per hour for assignments located in Washington).
• Daily per diem.
• Overtime pay at one and one-half times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, unless otherwise required by law.
