About The Position
Panera Bread is hiring Restaurant Managers for cafes across Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester County, and the Hudson Valley. Managers lead daily restaurant operations, deliver quality food and excellent guest service, support cafe teams, and maintain business performance and operating standards. The role offers a flexible schedule intended to support work/life balance. The position requires a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between cafe locations as needed, and the ability to commute up to 25–30 miles each way to the work location. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- At least 18 years old.
- Passion for the food service industry and a people-first approach.
- Flexibility to commute up to 25–30 miles each way to and from the work location.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between cafe locations as needed.

- Experience in fast-casual and/or full-service, high-volume restaurants is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business, including delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service.
- Maintain revenue, profitability, and quality goals while ensuring efficient restaurant operations and high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Create a friendly atmosphere where guests can meet, celebrate, or work while enjoying a meal in the bakery-cafe.
- Invest in and develop cafe teams so they can execute excellent service and create memorable experiences.
