About The Position

Panera Bread is hiring Restaurant Managers for cafes across Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester County, and the Hudson Valley. Managers lead daily restaurant operations, deliver quality food and guest service, support revenue and profitability goals, and develop cafe teams. The role offers a flexible schedule intended to support work/life balance. A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are required for travel between cafe locations as needed; candidates must also be able to commute up to 25–30 miles each way.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Passion for the food service industry and a people-first approach.
Ability to commute up to 25–30 miles each way to and from the work location.
Authorization to work in the USA.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between cafe locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in fast-casual and/or high-volume full-service restaurants is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business, including delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service.
Maintain revenue, profitability, and quality goals while ensuring efficient restaurant operations and high standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
Create a friendly atmosphere where guests can meet, celebrate, or work while enjoying a meal in the bakery-cafe.
Invest in and develop cafe teams so they can deliver flawless service and memorable experiences.
