About The Position

Field Talent Staff (FTS) is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current restaurant knowledge to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards and to provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments, including Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants, Chick-fil-A, Inc. Support Centers, or Disaster Relief or other similar temporary locations. FTS will develop your leadership, training, and operational skills while working with other outstanding leaders from across Chick-fil-A. The FTS role is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current Restaurant knowledge by training Team Members in both new and Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants.

Requirements

  • Must currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant.
  • Must have worked at that location for at least six months.
  • Must have current employer’s support before applying.
  • Complete the FTS Program Application prior to applying for training events.
  • Successful Background Check must be processed.
  • Complete the FTS1 Certification Course.
  • Download completion certificate and share with supervisor (for new FTS).
  • Existing FTS must complete the certification course by June 30, 2026, while not on an assignment.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing FTS will remain eligible to serve without completing the course until the June 30th deadline.

Responsibilities

  • Serve at a Company-Owned Restaurant (COR) as Field Talent Staff.
  • Perform a number of training and operational support roles.
  • Train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards.
  • Provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments.
  • Develop leadership, training, and operational skills.

Benefits

  • Paid hourly rate of $20 ($21.50 per hour for assignments located in the state of Washington).
  • Daily per diem.
  • Overtime pay at one and one-half times the regular rate of pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
  • 5 hours of paid time for the FTS1 Certification Course (4 hours learning + paid breaks).
  • One day of per diem for use of personal technology for the FTS1 Certification Course.
