Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in recruitment, specifically within high-volume, blue-collar, or industrial/skilled trades hiring.
Bilingual (French/English) proficiency is required to effectively support our Quebec region operations and candidates.
Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
Exceptional consultative, advisory, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational talent with the ability to manage multiple competing searches simultaneously.
Highly proactive, adaptable, and skilled at connecting with diverse stakeholders.
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

Act as an in-house talent advisor to operational leadership, consulting on market trends, compensation insights, and regional talent strategies.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for field, operational, and skilled trade roles across the region, ensuring full process compliance.
Execute creative, localized sourcing strategies to attract and engage both active and passive candidates within the industrial and blue-collar sectors.
Serve as a true champion for "Team Green," delivering a best-in-class, respectful, and engaging experience for every candidate.
Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday.
