As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will support the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies for roles in professional services as well as front line workers/technicians while ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process. This role is responsible for managing all recruitment activities such as maintaining accurate candidate data, and supporting high-volume hiring efforts. You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, supporting offer preparation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience during the recruitment phase. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administrative support, or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to full-cycle recruiting or strong interest in learning
  • Experience with an ATS (Workday or similar) preferred
  • Experience supporting entry-level or high-volume hiring environments preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, job fairs, outreach, and other networking opportunities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
  • Partner with hiring managers to assist in forecasting headcount needs
  • Conduct application review and initial steps within the recruiting process
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Manage candidate movement within the ATS (Workday & Paradox), including dispositioning and status updates
  • Ensure candidate records are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Support high-volume entry level recruitment efforts and timely candidate movement/dispositioning
  • Assist with offer letter preparation using approved templates and compensation guidelines
  • Provide positive and professional candidate experience
