About The Position

Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time, people-first Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment, lead our monthly orientation program, and ensure every candidate and new hire has an exceptional experience with Landmark. This role is primarily focused on talent acquisition and onboarding, with light generalist responsibilities to support the broader Employee Strategies team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a primary focus on full-cycle Talent Acquisition, including ATS administration in a multi-location environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel to Landmark’s Charlotte, NC and South Carolina offices and to recruiting events as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent Landmark’s brand and culture authentically.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and partner across departments and locations.
  • High ethical standards, honesty, and integrity in all professional conduct.
  • Commitment to upholding Landmark Builders’ core values.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Commercial construction or real estate industry experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment through every stage of the process.
  • Administer and optimize Landmark’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including pipeline management, candidate communications, and recruiting metrics.
  • Incorporate Landmark’s Cultural Fit Assessment into the screening and interview process to ensure consistent, values-aligned hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screens, reference checks, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Plan and attend college career fairs and campus recruiting events; serve as the primary liaison to university career services offices aligned with Landmark’s hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across career levels; from internship and early-career candidates to experienced professionals in roles critical to Landmark’s growth.
  • Facilitate and coordinate Landmark’s monthly orientation program, ensuring a consistent, welcoming Day 1 experience for all new hires.
  • Develop and continuously improve onboarding content and programming that reinforces Landmark’s culture, values, and employee ownership identity.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and successful execution of the summer internship program, creating an experience that builds lasting connections to Landmark.
  • Maintain new hire employee records, support HRIS data integrity, and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
