About The Position

Atera is looking for its first in-house Talent Acquisition Partner in its New York hub. This role is described as having "pure impact," involving the establishment of processes, definition of culture, and direct scaling of the team that fuels Atera's growth. It is a foundational role with significant strategic influence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition in high-tech, with a focus on enterprise GTM roles (AEs, CSMs, Pre-Sales, etc.).
  • 3+ years of proactive sourcing: LinkedIn, boolean search, direct outreach, and pipeline building from scratch.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including HR interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • Hands-on experience owning recruitment data and tracking key metrics such as pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source quality to drive informed hiring decisions.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI and automation tools into daily recruitment workflows.
  • Ability to commute to our NY based office 3 times per week.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise GTM roles (AEs, CSMs, and Pre-Sales), from intake through offer and close.
  • Drive proactive sourcing and build high-quality talent pipelines before roles open, using LinkedIn, boolean search, direct outreach, and AI-powered tools.
  • Leverage AI and automation to sharpen sourcing, streamline workflows, and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring criteria, align on priorities, and move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Develop and own the talent strategy and hiring plan for all US-based roles.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives and represent Atera at events and in candidate-facing touchpoints.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity across the recruitment process.
