About The Position

Principal is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to help grow our technology early careers pipeline. In this role, you’ll partner with technology leaders to attract top intern and early career talent while shaping strategies that build strong pipelines from campus engagement through internship and full-time hire conversion. You’ll also support broader full-time hiring needs across our technology community, helping connect talent strategy across early career and experienced hiring. We’re looking for candidates with hands-on experience in technology intern hiring and a strong understanding of the full recruiting cycle, including campus engagement, keep-warm strategies, and intern-to-full-time conversion. This role also partners closely with recruiting committee leads on monthly planning, market insights, and early career talent strategy, while supporting full-time technology hiring needs as part of the broader talent acquisition team. Here are a few examples of what you’ll do in this role: Partner closely with technology leaders and hiring teams to understand current and future talent needs, build diverse early career talent pipelines, and lead full-cycle recruiting for internship and entry-level opportunities. You’ll help attract, assess, and hire top talent across areas such as software engineering, data, infrastructure, product, delivery, and service desk while creating a candidate experience that reflects our brand and values. Guide candidates and hiring teams through a thoughtful, well-organized hiring process while ensuring recruiting practices align with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. You’ll bring consistency, professionalism, and sound judgment to every step of the process. Partner with senior talent acquisition team members, technology leaders, and recruiting committee leads to understand business priorities, workforce plans, and long-term pipeline needs. You’ll contribute to shaping recruiting strategies that support both immediate hiring goals and the broader vision for building a strong early careers talent pipeline. Leverage recruiting systems and data to manage the hiring process efficiently, maintain accurate candidate records, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. You’ll use metrics and insights to identify trends, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve how we attract and convert early career talent. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 plus years of related recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally supporting technology or intern roles.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to operate with a sense of urgency and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to partner effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Technically savvy and adaptable to change.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with technology or intern hiring.
  • Experience hiring within the financial services industry.
  • Experience assessing talent through a structured interview process.
  • Experience with iCIMS (ATS), Hire Vue (Prerecorded Interviewing), and LinkedIn Recruiter (Sourcing).
