About The Position

Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, is seeking a dependable, hands-on Field Support Specialist to support retail customers. The role involves traveling to customer locations to install, repair, and maintain Blue Rhino displays, transport propane within the stated limit, and help keep displays well-stocked, presentable, and safely set up. The specialist interacts with store teams and customers, provides service information, and follows company and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to speak and read fluent English and write legibly in English.
Clean driving record.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain Blue Rhino displays for retail customers.
Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane to and from specified destinations, limited to 1,000 pounds or less.
Inspect the vehicle and notify a supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance.
Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
Operate the truck according to established safety procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service during daily interactions by supplying service information and answering inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
