About The Position
The Field Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficient and smooth running by managing processes, staff, and resources. Key responsibilities include planning, scheduling, quality control, cost management, and implementing improvements to optimize productivity and meet organizational goals. This role will lead teams and make strategic decisions to maintain operational effectiveness across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Experienced Field Supervisor/CDL Driver.
- Operator experience with Hydrovac, skid steer, backhoe, mini excavator, vacuum tanker, and basic field equipment.
