About The Position

The Field Services Supervisor will supervise, mentor, and support field service technicians, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role involves leading by example in both technical execution and professional conduct. The supervisor will coordinate and oversee field service activities, including installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment. Collaboration with engineering and operations teams is crucial to ensure proper system installation and commissioning. Responsibilities also include reviewing and approving service reports, maintenance logs, and field documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while on-site. Additionally, the role involves managing team scheduling, time reporting, and expense tracking, and serving as a primary point of contact for the sales group to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 10 years of field service experience in ESP systems.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams in remote field locations under varying conditions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
