About The Position
The Field Service Technician role involves on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of waterworks, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial equipment, ensuring reliable system performance and excellent customer service. This role is focused on being in the field, as they are rarely in office. May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- The ability to travel
- The ability to lift & work in varied environments
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid state issued license is required

- Technical certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform field service work including equipment start-ups, which activate factory warranties, and are fully certified to complete this work.
- Handle warranty claims, defects, and service repairs covered under warranty or service agreements.
- Execute service work as quoted by the VP of Service and Parts or Sales Engineers, and travel to customer sites daily based on a structured schedule.
- Focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships in the field.
