Requirements

  • Mechanical, diesel, HVAC, industrial, or related technical experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable using mobile devices, laptops, and service software
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to tow trailers or willingness to learn
  • Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying conditions

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC certification or experience
  • Diesel engine or power generation experience
  • Field service or rental equipment industry experience
  • Experience working directly with customers in a service environment

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer locations and company facilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance and rental-ready condition
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement timely solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing REIC professionally in the field
  • Train customers on the safe and effective operation of equipment
  • Complete service documentation using company-provided technology
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Travel up to 50% throughout North America supporting customer and project needs
