About The Position

Castle Hill Gaming is hiring a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electronic gaming machines and associated equipment. The position requires living within 30 minutes of Durant, Oklahoma, and involves daily travel to customer locations. The technician also performs basic maintenance on servers, installs equipment and software, records service actions in reporting software, and reports relevant jurisdictional changes and equipment updates to appropriate departments. The role requires working varied shifts and overtime as needed, passing a background investigation, and obtaining and maintaining a tribal gaming license.

The position involves physical activity such as standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, sitting, climbing, and balancing. The technician must be able to move and control 550 pounds with dollies and tools, lift and move 40 pounds short distances without mechanical assistance, and frequently lift or move 10 pounds. Work may involve noise ranging from quiet to loud, adverse weather, and working around customers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of technical or electrical experience.
• Qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• General knowledge of computers and electronics.
• Ability to safely clean and maintain equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to plan and organize, attention to detail, and adaptability and flexibility.
• Competent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members to complete tasks.
• Ability to work varied shifts and overtime as required.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a tribal gaming license.
• Must live within 30 minutes of Durant, Oklahoma; daily travel is expected.
• Ability to perform the described physical demands, including moving and controlling 550 pounds with dollies and tools, lifting and moving 40 pounds short distances without mechanical aid, and frequently lifting or moving 10 pounds.
• Able to work around noise, adverse weather conditions, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic checks, maintenance, and repairs on Castle Hill Gaming equipment.
• Provide basic repair and maintenance for servers and associated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, including cleaning, tightening loose hardware, and securing loose wiring.
• Plan and schedule preventive-maintenance appointments at the convenience of internal and external customers.
• Install equipment and software during upgrades and new installations.
• Record maintenance and repair actions in approved reporting software.
• Monitor jurisdictional changes, upgrades, and modifications, and report them to appropriate Castle Hill Gaming departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
